Why Conservation

Recently a report by WWF, mentioned and revealed that Mammals, Reptiles, Birds and Amphibian have declined around the World on average by 52% since 1970.

Our Volunteers and researchers spend sleepless nights due to;

  • Wildlife habitats loss so we create wildlife conservation awareness in Community forums and workshops.
  • Trained youth about environmental knowledge e.g. Climate Change and support Green energy through Technology Innovations by taking classes in Our village Maa Silver Research Center at Ololchurra Mara Simba Area in Maasai Mara.
  • Being Community Informants, to pass poaching messages to our Administration (KWS) so to stop poaching.
  • Telling stories to kids about Wildlife conservations.
  • Creating awareness to the communities on Human wildlife conflicts by introducing “Boma Fortification”, so to mitigate predation that led to retaliation.
